Thanks to our policy of authoring fair and accurate advertising, giving customers extremely reliable delivery of orders and providing fast and efficient customer service, only a very tiny, tiny percentage of our customers has complaints with us. But any company that deals with a large number of people like we do finds they can't please all people all of the time. A very small percentage of our customers has ever filed complaints against our company and any complaints we've received from any consumer agency since we first started in business have been answered by us and fairly resolved. Some of the complaints we have received in the past were from customers who had us mixed up with another company, who never contacted us about their questions or problems, or who filed a complaint in error not realizing their email provider was not providing their emails. Yes, like many companies our company has more than one website. Sites offer web users alternative content and a more relevant experience. Although everything else at our sister sites may be different, the job information for members is the same. We have methods of preventing people from accidentally ordering the same job information twice, but in the rare event that you do accidentally order the same job information from more than one of our websites, let us know right away and don't use the new membership(s).
