I don't know my User ID and password.
If you don't know your User ID and password, remember that your User ID will always be the original COMPLETE email address that you used when you first joined. Your password will be the password that you selected. You were asked to save that information when it was first emailed to you and it is your responsibility to keep those records. If you don't remember your User ID and password you may be able to find it on your computer as an email from us. The word "Welcome" will be in the subject line of the email that we sent you. If you still have no way of knowing your User ID and password, please email our Customer Service Department. We will be very happy to research the User ID and password for you again at no additional charge. We will have to charge a $12.50 PREPAID Research Fee for additional researches of your User ID and password in the future so please don't lose the information!
I know I'm entering the User ID and password correctly but I keep getting a "Whoops" message.
Please be sure you are entering your User ID and password EXACTLY as it appeared in your original "Welcome" email. It must be exact. You must use the ENTIRE email address, and you must use all lower case letters. If you keep getting a "Whoops" message, copy/paste the User ID and password from our "Welcome" email to you.
I can log in OK, but I can't view contact information for the jobs when I click on contact information.
If you are able to log in and able to look at jobs but only get a BLANK SCREEN when you try to view contact information for any of the jobs, your browser and/or Windows system is not accepting Java. Change your computer settings to allow Java.
If you are able to view jobs but unable to view CONTACTS, do the following:
1. Change your Windows and browser settings to fully allow Java Script.
2. Disable any Pop-Up Window Blockers that may be preventing our contact window to open.
3. If steps 1 and 2 don't work, try accessing our site from a different browser. There is likely something wrong with the browser you're using.
Your Java setting can be changed when you've finished viewing our website if you prefer to keep this setting disabled, but most websites on the internet use Java scripts and doing so may continue to give you problems.
I'm having trouble using your site; it's blank. (MAC users only.)
IF YOU USE A MACINTOSH COMPUTER AND CAN LOG IN BUT CAN NOT SEE JOBS... The problem you're experiencing has nothing to do with our site. Some Macintosh computers have a bug that prevents their computer from being fully internet compatible. I don't know how to log in.
Using your membership is easy! When you click on any Member Only feature of our website or anywhere it says "Member Login", our system will AUTOMATICALLY give you a box that asks you for your User ID & password. Just be sure you enter the User ID & password in LOWER CASE ONLY, EXACTLY as it appeared on your "Welcome" email and you'll be able to log in instantly!
I can't load your website completely.
If it appears that our website hasn't loaded completely, we recommend emptying your cache memory and closing your browser. Rebooting at that time is recommended. Then go back to our website and try again, making sure you allow our whole website to load before you click on anything.
There is no place to enter my User ID and password.
If you are unable to get a log in box to enter your User ID & password and you use Microsoft Explorer, you have probably allowed Explorer to enter your User ID & password for you automatically and it is not correct. If this is the case, you'll need to figure out how to go back into that Explorer password file and delete or change the User ID & password so it is correct or so you can automatically enter it. We can not provide the technical instruction for Microsoft Explorer.
I keep getting a blank screen.
Somehow the page is not or was not loading fully. Try again. If it still doesn't work, empty your cache memory, (because your cache memory could be saving a bad copy of our site), reboot your system and try again, making sure you allow enough time for the page to load completely.
My system keeps timing out.
Your system and/or your internet service is experiencing a problem that has nothing to do with our website. Reboot your computer to see if the problem clears itself up. If not, contact your internet service provider to correct the problem you're having.
My system keeps telling me I'm out of memory.

Our website is extremely user-friendly and easy to use. It is extremely rare that you can experience any problem using our site if you've already following the tech support instructions on this page. If you're sure you've already followed all of the instructions on this page and you're still having a problem using our website, please email us our Customer Service Department so we can help you. Your email will need to include ALL of the following:
- The date you joined
- Whether or not you received our original "Welcome" email and the "Thank you" email.
- EXACTLY what you are typing for the User ID and password
- EXACTLY what is happening on your system (including specifically and exactly what happens, and when, what the error message is and exactly when the problem is happening.)
- EXACTLY what steps you have taken to correct the problem and the results of the changes.
- What browser you're using.
When you email us please include ALL of this information in your email or we can not help you solve the problem. So we can help you fastest, please mark the subject "Help!".
